After years shaping creative direction for global brands, Karla Hyman founded KH Studio to explore what couldn’t be captured in mood boards or marketing decks: the raw, layered truths of being human, and more specifically, being a woman.  Each piece begins with a feeling. Sometimes it’s a lyric, a flash of colour in the wild, or a moment shared in conversation. “My art is where the raw parts go,” she says. “Not everything needs to be explained, some things are just meant to be felt.”  Her work lives in life’s contradictions – odd poses, off-kilter palettes, and quiet rebellion.
