I ordered my shipment 13 days ago. I was told part of a matching set was out of stock but the rest would be shipped in a few days. I immediately asked to remove the other item from my large shipment, but another agent told it had already shipped and I would have to return at my own cost, contrary to her colleague just a few hours earlier stating it would be a few days. Almost 10 days later and multiple attempts to resolve with customer service and my shipment has still not been dispatched from the warehouse. Very disappointing having bought many items here previously.

My order placed on 12th Sept has not arrived and tracking says there is a delay. It was purchased as a leaving gift for a friend abd now won't be here on time. Very very disappointed.

I am yet to receive my delivery, which was due at 14:09:26. I am very disappointed with my delivery Experience. I have been waiting for my delivery and have not received any clear update or explanation for the delay. I would appreciate an immediate delivery of my purchase. I hope this delay is not an intention to defraud me. I want my delivery please.

Received via DPD. When I opened the box the backing board was bent in the corner and the picture has a noticeable crease in the corner whilst hung you can see it. The other picture and frame I ordered was absolutely fine. Both are now up in my home. I understand delivery can cause these issues too. I now have three prints and frames from you and I still need to order one more.

The item I ordered was expensive, and yet was the worst quality. They did not let me return it or give a refund.

Upon delivery the box was wet and partially open at one end. The frame also had a defect, one corner had not been attached together properly. I contacted customer service regarding this but I need to wait 7 days for a response apparently. All in all, I’m quite disappointed.

Have used Desenio many times before - the range and quality of prints is fantastic and great that they do so many sizes.  Very impressed and will definitely use again.

After ordering I was told the item was dispatched quite quickly and will be delivered between the second and the 6th of September on the 7th of September. The order was still “ being prepared” so not dispatched at all rather than emitting any faults they obviously expressed delivered the item however they failed to put my full address on it and therefore as it was supposed to come today the 8th of September it has not arrived. I’ve had to go on a manually correctly address on DPD not therefore as desenio should have printed it as per the delivery and billing address for that matter wouldn’t order here from here again.

Seller took obvious care in packaging the three items I bought. They arrived in two shipments. The package with one item was fine. The other package had 2 items, both posters, one smaller than the other. And that is the problem. Mailing these  2 flat items together caused the smaller one to get jostled around and one corner got smashed. Impossible to straighten. I may trim the entire item to get rid of the crumpled corner. Another vendor mailed me a similar package. Flat items, one smaller than the other. Same damage as in this case. Please ship in a different fashion. Other customers will appreciate it.

The whole process was first class and could not have been better except for the delivery as the cardboard box packing arrived damp and damaged. Luckily and by some miracle the print inside was undamaged. I recommended to your customer services that sturdy tubes should be used for rolled prints.

I have a bedroom for my granddaugter in my home. She is a little quirky and I thought she would love the artwork "Vintage Doggo Print" and she did!!! It looks amazing and so fits her personality. I will recommend this company to my friends and family.

My posters came damaged - I needed them for a project so I asked for a refund because the replacements would come too late for what I need. Customer service ignored my request and is sending a replacement instead. I don't want the order anymore, I want a refund.

Delivery took longer than expected. For the price paid I did expect better quality. The small prints and gold frames were overall better than the large prints with gold frames. Frames were not great quality and instead of glass they were perspex. Everything looks fine from a distance. I just felt disappointed and overcharged.

Ordering the print was great but it was sent in a flimsy ass card envelope with no protective layer inside to properly protect it either from being bashed or get wet. It did arrive with a big fold down it because of that. I’d have thought a company sending prints would send them more securely so I’d question whether to order from Desenio again
