I still haven’t received my item so requesting feedback before delivery won’t allow me to say anything positive! There also have been lack of updates on order - this is below my expectations for an item of this cost

One of my items shipped so quickly, I started to worry it was a scam. Customer service was prompt and helpful assuaging my concern. The products arrived well packaged and look great for the money.

While Desenio’s standard prints are excellent quality, I am very disappointed with the custom photo service. The print I received lacks sharpness and has an overly matte, "blended" finish that looks dull in person. Although customer service responded quickly, their solution was to insist the source image was high quality. While a photo of the print (taken on a phone) might look sharp, the physical product in my hand is not. There is a clear difference in the printing process between their stock items and custom orders. I will continue to buy their standard designs, but I’ll be going to a professional photo lab for my own photography from now on.

Didn't have interaction with you... pictures were not securely framed with very thin backing to the print. Over priced for the quality...prints are interesting & okay. Wouldn't pay again for framing..
