I love Desenio!!  Such a great selection and quality is also great. Delivery is so quick! I contacted customer service because I hadn't gotten a confirmation email. They responded quickly and said they would check. They got back to me with tracking info but the package was already at my door!!  Very nice exchange with CS! I am very happy and will be back!! Certainly recommend Desenio to anyone looking for something fun/pretty!!

The quality of the delivery is poor - you basically have to put it all together - I could have gone to hobby craft for a fraction of the cost - the frames are poor quality and the prints are like they're printed on office paper.  I'm really disappointed by the whole experience - for the amount I paid it feels like a DIY botch.

I didn't receive an order confirmation.   Then I had an email saying my delivery would be with me between 9am and 1pm, the courier turned up around 4pm.      I had ordered a picture and a frame and only the picture arrived.     Upon trying to reach someone in Desenio, I finally tracked someone down to be told I need to file a claim for the missing frame, which I have purchased AND paid for!

The quality of the posters is very underwhelming. Given the price and experience with other poster website, it was very disappointing to ss the poster quality and dullness of the color that looked quite bright online.

I would have give 5 stars as I have bought from this company before and had no issues however my last order was somewhat confusing. My “ artwork” arrived but was just the frame and apparently my picture was to follow by a different courier. Had to wait an extra week for the actual picture to arrive by FED EX who kept changing the delivery time. Overall not a good experience and I won’t be shopping again.

Expensive shipping costs for small prints. Very poor packaging for the shipping price, so my print arrived damaged and I've had to ask for a refund. The print was also smaller than the stated size, i.e. there was a border around it, so that was disappointing too. I would not use Desenio again, frankly. Good customer service in terms of dealing with the damaged print issue though.

I was looking for a specific piece of art for my room that would hold a special meaning to me and would equally hold a special inspiration to me. I searched high and low and could not find this special piece.  An interior decorator friend of mine recommended your site and I was able to immediately find the exact piece of art that I wanted. I am very satisfied. I have since recommended your site to a friend that I am certain will buy from you.
