How much is the shipping fee?
We have free shipping on all orders over £29 has free shipping! If your purchase is below £29 there is a shipping fee of £3.99.
What is the normal delivery time?
Our delivery time is normally 3-7 working days from the date you placed the order.
How do I know that my package has arrived?
As soon as your order has reached the delivery point a notification via SMS is sent to the mobile number you provided when ordering.
How do you ship the goods?
Posters in the sizes 13x18cm and 21x30cm is sent in envelopes with the Post vending letter.
Posters that are 30x40cm and larger we ship with Parcel force and their first attempt is home delivery, and if they can’t deliver the order, you will get information where to collect your order.
I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes, you get a tracking number sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse.
How do I know that my order has been registered?
Right after you've placed your order, it will come a new page that says "Thank you for your purchase!". Then you get a confirmation email.
I have not received an order confirmation
If you placed an order with us and have not received your order confirmation, it may be because you entered the wrong email address when you placed the order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask if we have an order registered to you, so we can correct your e-mail address, and email you your order confirmation. It may also be because the order has not gone through, then contact us before placing a new order, to avoid double orders.
I have not received any SMS notification
If it has been 8 days after you placed your order and you have not yet received your SMS notification, please get in touch with us immediately. It may be that the mobile number you entered when ordering lacked a number or such. Please get in touch with us as the package only remains for 14 days and then is sent back and we charge £15 for not picked up packages.
Can I return my order?
You may return your purchase within 14 days. At the bottom of our page in the black menu you will find "Return and complaints" with the conditions. If you want to cancel a purchase before your order has left our warehouse, please email us immediately at email@example.com Have you placed your order at the weekend or after our closing time, you can also email us. Please not that we cannot guarantee that we have time to fix this before your order goes out, as our inventory is very fast in picking and packing.
What happens if I do not collect my parcel?
Your order will remain at your post office in 14 days. For goods that are returned to us due to the customer has not collected the goods we charge £15. This is to cover the double freight (to you and back) as well as for our picks and unpacking of goods.
How do I regret my purchase?
In the bottom of our site you will find "Return and complaints" in the menu. There you can read more. You may cancel your purchase within 14 days. How do I know if an item is defective / wrong?
You can e-mail us and tell us about the problem. We would appreciate to have images / pictures of the damage or what you perceive is wrong. Send them to email@example.com

Sure, when you filled in your information and click on the button "Finish Purchase", when it comes up a new page that says "Thank you for your purchase!"
Can I pay with paypal?
Yes, it is possible to pay with paypal
Can I pay by invoice?
No, unfortunately we can not offer invoice payment method.
Can I order a poster in its own dimensions or own motives?
You cannot order our posters in other dimensions than those listed on the website. Unfortunately we don´t print customer's own motives either.
What kind of paper do you use for your posters?
We print our posters on matte 200gr uncoated premium papers. The paper is FSC-certified and durable. We have chosen a matt surface and high quality feel without reflections.

How do I log in to My Desenio?
At the top of the page, click on "My Desenio" and fill in your username and password.
I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?
Click the Forgot Password? Enter your e-mail address and follow the instructions in the email. After you created a new password for your login, you can also change the user name you prefer to have.
